A registered device shows as "device never registered" and no device transactions

Device ...5113 has been connected for about 30 minutes
Two different sessions

I have verified it is connected and working.

But the Dashboard diagnostics shows:
"Device Never registered"

Also, Network status says "Some services are having issues"

And... the Device Transactions table at the bottom is blank.

Ping device returns with "Device not in data session."

Am I just being impatient?

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the questions. Regarding your issue with Ping device please confirm ICMP Ping is enabled on your radio module. That normally resolves the Ping issue.

Our engineering team is working an open ticket that addresses start and stop records not being displayed in the transaction history listing in AerPort. Very sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with that. We'll get an announcement out when the issue is resolved.
