Hello Lorell ,

Most billing issues may be raised by posting your concern on the community forum as you have done, Or from your dashboard account under "Quicklinks"  by choosing the "Get help with a recent order" weblink.

Someone from our team will be reaching out to you externally via a created zendesk ticket.

Support:

I was just looking around in my account and see that the one 2G SIM that I have activated on the $1/mo plan is going to cost me $180+ due to SMS and data usage.  Ouch!

The device was just sitting here on my desk for a few days.  I am not disputing the data usage at this stage, but I am asking for a little mercy.  I am a hobbyist and am looking to tinker with your system.  $180 will shut this hobby down very quickly.

So here are my questions.

1. Is there a way to limit the total data usage for any one SIM?  (e.g. put a hard limit on the data usage so that I don't go over my data plan?)
2. Can I upgrade my $1/mo plan to something higher before this billing cycle ends to absorb that usage into a cheaper plan just for the month?
3. Can you offer some mercy on this first device/first time rookie mistake?
4. Can I set up a payment plan on this so that my account stays active but I can pay off a balance over time?

Thanks in advance.
