Hi Brahma,

Thanks for your question. Please navigate your browser to the "Program Device APN" section of the Aeris Resource Center. It's located on the "resources" tab, as shown in the image below. Note that you don't need a username and password for the APN.

Regards,
Bob

Hi Brahma,

The Neo connectivity service does not impose a PIN number requirement.

Your SIMs do not need to be unlocked. When you receive them they're ready to be activated and provisioned by following the instructions in the Get Started section of the Aeris Resource Center.

Bob

I'm using this APN name neo.iot.net

Some people are using aer05.aerisapn.net.

Please point me in the right direction ?

Several months of effort expended trying to get this link pointing to aer05.aerisapn.net to work:
http://aerisstore.brighthost.ca/resources/get-started/program-device-apn/
"Please be sure to enter the exact name of the APN as shown above when you program it in your device. Any discrepancy will result in data service being unavailable to your device."

Could this be the root cause why none of my 10 SIM cards ever worked?

Can you elaborate on neo.iot.net ??
Why the change or why I was never provided neo.iot.net during my 4 month trial?

Hi Mike,

The APN "aer05.aerisapn.net" was created for the Neo trial phase and it remains fully operational. When we migrated Neo from the trial phase to full commercial production we added APN "neo.iot.net" for SIMs purchased under our new service.

Bob
