Hi Mike,

A quick follow-up...

Our engineering team confirmed the transaction appearing on your account was a pre-authorization only, not an actual charge. Our ordering system follows the common merchant practice of requesting pre-authorization as a means of confirming the card's validity, which is why you saw the transaction on your account. Even though your trial SIMs were provided at no charge, the system still generates the pre-authorization record.

Please confirm with your bank that no charge occurred on your account if you have further concerns. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.

Regards,
Bob
