Can't log in and lost password does not send me anything

I've logged into my account several times in the past few days but now I cannot log in and when I ask for the password to be reset I don't get any emails.  I really need in to be able to troubleshoot and test a new install.

Hello Mark, 

We have received your case, you should have been received an email for setting up your new password, you have just 5 minutes for using the link, otherwise the link will give you an error because after 5 min. it expires. Please confirm if you got the email and were able to setup the new password. 
If you see this email more than 5 min. later, go to the portal, add your email on User and then click on Forgot Password and you will receive the link again. 
Just in case that you cannot find the email look for it in your Spam/junk folder.

Greetings Lilibeth,  Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  I had to get this system running and everything was going wrong.

I got it going by contacting my rep.  He was able to send a new link for a password reset and it finally worked.
