can't purchase

can't purchase, website "times out" everytime i push the purchase button.  Please supply a phone number i can call for help.  I have not received feedback from the chat feature. thx

Thank you for considering Aeris for your IOT needs, we are sorry to hear that you are having problems purchasing SIMs.

Please confirm for us at what point the "times out"  problem is occurring, if you can provide screenshot that may also be helpful.

Also please verify that you are using the correct dashboard (https://ssaerport.aeris.com/). You should see an orange "Buy SIMs" box;
