change shipping address

I need to change the shipping and billing address on my account.  I can't see how to do it under profile and I couldn't find anything in the support community.  Any advice?

After clicking on that you will find many tabs option in which you have to click on Billing tab, where you will find the question "How do I change my credit card or other billing information?"
You can refer the info and screenshot to change your billing information

I don't think this helps me change the shipping address.  How do I do that?

Hello Ed,

You first login into the account and then go to "Update account setting" option by clicking on profile icon in top right corner next to the help option to change your address.

There you can change your shipping address

Hello Ed,

For this product we do not keep shipping information in the account. Each time you order new SIMs you will be asked to include the shipping information.
If you are trying to change the address on an already scheduled shipment that would be a different issue.

Please advise if you are asking because of an intended order you will be placing or if because you already made an order with the wrong ship to address.
