Data not received

Recently configured a SIM, (ICCID ending in 602312) but not able to receive data from remote device (Multitech Conduit) consistently. I did receive data a couple of times during testing, but not anymore. The data is forwarded to a client through TCP over WAN & identified using a dyndns address (I also tried with the IP address directly).
Using 'neo.iot.net' as APN. Aeris Dashboard says SIM is registered and has an IP address and is transmitting data. But I'm not receiving it, same with SMS - never received it. I can't Ping from the dashboard, even though I have allowed that in the remote device and opened the firewall. Same with SSH into the device remotely, it times out. Please help.

Basically the company sucks. No real support and they use roaming ..that's why they are cheap. I  would advise you get a different company. We lost 180k in inventory. No follow up no help

Ping support was turned on, but receiving "no answer from xx.xx.xx.xx" message when we try to ping from the diagnostics page (from under "Device Operations"). At this point, we have provisioned 3 SIM cards and all 3 behaves the same way.
What we are trying to accomplish is to send the data we collect to a remote IP/URL address routed through the cellular connection.
Is there any network/node latency issues the we need to be aware of?
