deregistration - can not connect to data session

I don't have the device on all the time. I only turn it on when I need to test it. After 1 or 2 days after I turn it on and off, I see on the dashboard shows "deregistration", then my device can not connect to the network anymore when I turn it on once "deregistration" shows up.

The only way I can make it work again is "clear registration" and then I have to wait for a day in order to connect again, which is very inconvenient.

Why is that? Is there any way to fix this issue?
