Device does not register.

I am trying to communicate over the data network using the following device: http://en.rf-gsm.com/products/RF-V8.html

I have configured the APN on the device. (This was done using another SIM card that allows text messaging).

I am using the APN:  neo.iot.net


However, I don't see any data messages from the device after I put the Aeries SIM card in.

I have powered up and down the device multiple times.

The device works fine on the T-mobile network.

On the dashboard I see no signs that the device registers. I have tried a reset from the dashboard and this did not change the situation. Note: The device requires only data network and does not require SMS. I have verified this because I use the device on accounts that do not have SMS provisioning.

 This appears to be a 2G GSM device.

If this is in the USA it will only work on T-Mobile.  AT&T discontinued their 2G cellular service as of January 2017.

Hi Albert,

I have looked at the device with ICCID 89185000160629157814 and can see that it was registered on T-Mobile network (most recently on 2017-02-10 15:36:41_352 GMT). Unfortunately I do not see any attempts for GPRS registration and data session initiation.
