Device Never Registered

I am trying to get a new SIM online.

I have gone through the APN process and the device ICCID = *24202 is in the billing state, but the Dashboard diagnostics continues to show: "Device Never registered"

Ping device returns with "Device not in data session."

Can you provide any suggestion about what I should try?
I followed these instructions: http://neo.aeris.com/support/get-started/program-device-apn/

Should I "clear registration" and try again?
Any other suggestions?

I juts saw a previous trouble ticket/comment from Bob several months ago that mentioned, "all device state changes are executed system-wide at midnight GMT each day."

Could this be the source of my problem?  Perhaps the SIM state wasn't changed rapidly enough and so it wasn't "active" on the system for billing?

I'm grasping at straws here looking for a way to get this working.  :-/

Hi Kate,

Thanks for posting. When you see "Device never registered" under Diagnostics on the Devices tab for a given device it usually means the device has never been powered on with the SIM inserted and APN programmed. Have you done that?

Thanks, Bob - it turned out that our IT guys forgot to "save" after the put in the APN information into the modem ;-/  We figured it out ... thanks for the help.

I am having the same issue however I am saving the APN. I am not getting any connection. What is my next trouble shooting step?
