devices aren't showing up in inventory

I ordered 5 SIM cards, but only one of the cards showed up on my inventory. I can't seem to get even that card to connect to the network,  but that may be an issue with the device. However, the other 4 cards are not even showing up on the inventory.

I request you to provide SIMs deatils like ICCID, IMSI etc.

Also please provide snapshot of the label which came with devices and the order paper work if possible.
