Digi-Key Sim Problem

Having a problem assigning my new SIM card that was purchased from Digi-Key . I was able to start the account activation but it wont wont let me enter the CC so i can assign the card

Per our conversation your SIM card is now assigned to your account, in order to make it work I switched your account from "Trial" to "Commercial".
