Digikey-neo.aeris account not allowing me to activate SIM card.

My Digikey-neo.aeris.com account does not allow me to enter activation code for my newly purchased SIM card. When i click the link "my digikey" there is a message that says "Your customer profile is pending activation. During this time the functionality of My Digi-Key will be limited"

I am sorry to hear you are having problems activating your devices via our portal.  It appears your account did not complete the set up process completely.

I hope you are doing well and you can confirm your problem has been resolved.
On Wednesday February 28th you should have received the following message.

I apologize for our delay in getting this issue resolved, you should now be able to proceed.  
Please log into Digikey web page  ; https://digikey-neo.aeris.com/
You should now get the pop up box indicating "Assign SIMs " and asking you to enter your 6 digit code.



If it does not come up automatically you will need to do the following:
go to "Quicklinks" then "Assign new SIMs
