Hi Gary,

Thank you for posting you problem on the NEO Community web. I have verified that your account has the SIMs in inventory. I need to understand that you followed the assign SIM process and in the Dashboard tab you did enter your 6-digit code. I need to understand in what step this error was generated. I have sent an e-mail directly to you with device information so I can attempt to reproduce this issue.

no where in the dashboard is an "enter 6 digit code"

The issue on your account has been resolved.  I have observed that a SIM has been successfully provisioned.

Hi, I'm receiving this error on a SIM I haven't used in about a year.  The same "Error occurred while provisioning selected device(s): No login details for input device ID".  Can this issue be resolved on my account similar to the above?  Thanks.
