Having problems provisioning new SIMs

I just got a new shipment of 10 SIMs but can't seem to add them to my account. Upon typing the package code (310086) it gives an error "Unidentified package number".

Help?

Thanks for posting to the Support Community. Your SIMs are available on the "SIM inventory" tab on the "Devices" page. Please refer to the screen capture below.
