First of all, I got my new SIMS card the instructions say click the dashboard tab and enter the unique Aeris code below. When in fact you need to go to DEVICES assign new SIMS card to enter 6 digit code. I did enter my six digit unique code and it say Unidentified package number . NOW WHAT DO I DO to assign my SIMS card?

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you're confusing two different steps in the process of getting your SIMs provisioned. You can think of the process as consisting of two operations, as follows:

1) Assign the SIMs to your account - This process is covered in Steps 1-3 of the tutorial on the Assign & Provision your SIMs tutorial.

2) Provision one or more SIMs - This process is covered in Step 4 of the tutorial. When you navigate to the SIM inventory sub tab of the Devices tab be sure to select the product that matches the SIMs you purchased. There is a screen capture in the tutorial that demonstrates this.

I recommend focusing on Step 4 of the tutorial and you should be able to provision your SIMs. Let us know if you have problems with that step.

ok Bob I can not get my SIMS cards assigned! when I enter my six digit code it say
UNIDENTIFIED PACKAGE NUMBER?  What do I do

Hi Jennifer,

Your SIMs are already assigned. As I mentioned in my previous post, focus on Step 4 of the Assign & Provision your SIMs tutorial.
