How do I cancel a SIM and replace it with a new one?

I purchased a 2FF SIM for testing purposes, but my device requires 3FF. How do I cancel the 2FF and get a new 3FF?

You can proceed with purchasing the 3FF SIMs that suit your business needs.
You can submit a refund request for the previously ordered 2FF SIMs which will then be processed accordingly.  Under Quicklinks in the NEO portal select Get help with a recent order, then select Request refund.
