The APN (Access Point Name) is used for data transfer, I am not clear on dial number can you clarify where this is being requested?

The APN assigned should be neo.iot.net.  From what I understand there are no other parameters that need to be configured just the APN.  Please try that and advise if you still need further assistance.

I assume your solution requires a dial number, is that the case?  If yes I was able to obtain clarification that dial number is supported by our Aeris Enterprise solution not supported by the Neo solution which you have.

The dial number service we call TLDN services, that is the ability to attach a number for up to 30 seconds to a given IMSI/MSISDN through the Aeris AerPort or AerFrame API's.  As stated above is a Aeris Enterprise solution.

Let me know if you need any further clarification.  My apologies for the inconvenience.

Norma, we have just one device. this device will be streaming video to our server which is located on internet. this 3G/4G module has been certified with AT&T.

we need to fill up to section on this device:
1.APN
2.Dial number.

we are not able to leave the dial number blank as we get warning from device that we need to fill up APN and dial number.

hope this help you .

Thank you for the info.  The APN does not look correct it should be:  neo.iot.net

Our engineers advised that we do not have a generic dial number that you would be able to input.  This may be an issue you would need to check with the manufacturer and ask them what can you do to disable to field if at all possible.  Our service does not require one and therefore the device should work without it.  The device itself is requiring a field which we do not require to use with our service.  Hope that helps.

The issue seems to stem at the device, I checked our logs and do not see any attempts from the device to register on the cellular network.  Cellular registration needs to happen before an IP address is assigned for a data session.  I will check with our engineers if they have any recommendations.

Our Engineers reviewed further and advised that the confusion was Dial Number vs. Dial String for establishing packet session.  On your configuration you have *99# and I was told the correct dial string should be set up with *99***1#

Please set this parameter and let me know if that resolves the problem.
