I cannot activate my SIM Card purchased from Digi-key

We are in a senior design group and we submit order requests to our advisor. Then, our department puts in the order for Digikey and we just receive the parts. I have an AERIS Sim card and I have not been able to activate the card. I've created a separate Aeris Neo account and the page does not allow me to enter an activation code or add a device. It will not let me enter billing information as well.

According to the instructions that came with the SIM card, I have to create a new AerisNeo account that is DIFFERENT from my DigiKey account. Therefore, it should not matter whether or not I have the login information for DigiKey to activate the SIM card since I have to be creating a new account regardless. 

There is not much to click on the website and the options for any action is limited

Hello Justin,

This issue ZD#56817  should now be resolved. It appears your account did not complete the set up process completely.

Please log into Digikey web page  ; https://digikey-neo.aeris.com/
You should now get the pop up box indicating "Assign SIMs " and asking you to enter your 6 digit code.



If it does not come up automatically you will need to do the following:
go to "Quicklinks" then "Assign new SIMs
