I have a Neo Aeris device (LTE SIM card) installed in a remote location that recently stopped transmitting data.

Up until yesterday (01/10/2017), the connection has been rock solid since the device was deployed on 01/05/2017.  On the 10th, the device lost connection for approx. 12hrs before coming back online for two hours.  Since then, the device has been offline for the entire time.  

I am wondering if there may be a network outage in the area the device is deployed because everything was working and configured correctly, it is worth saying that my company has several other deployments in different geographic regions and they are all working correctly.

Here is a screenshot of the "diagnostics" page, I have tried to clear registration, etc.
