I have entered my 6 digit code to my account, but I'm not seeing where the SIMS have been activated or registered to my account

I'm attempting to register my sim cards.  I entered the 6 digit code, but I'm not getting any feedback that they have been activated or registered.  Any ideas on what's going on?
