Is there someone in this company that can help me with the SIM Card order # 100001680 2-3 day shipping that was charged to my credit card and I never receive it and is still processing in AERIS system? Since 2 days I still waiting a response from someone and never receive any heplful information fro the company.Do I cancel this order with my credit card and place a new order or you are going to send me the SIM Cards that I order ?
