Keep Getting AerFrame Error Code 34...

I keep getting AerFrame Error Code 34 when I try to send an SMS to one specific device.

ICCID ends with 0005193.

I've cleared the registration multiple times several days in a row and tried to send the SMS once the unit reports again (assuming it's had to re-register on the network to report) and keep getting Code 34. 

Any ideas or suggestions?

Bruce,

Apologize for getting back late, we have tried to send SMS today and it did go through. Can you please provide more details of the issue and was the device completely registered when you had tried to clear registration ?

I just tried to send one to ICCID ending 5303 and got a code 34. It just reported, is registered, and online but won't accept the SMS.

This is happening with several units.

I'm clearing registration right now and will see if I can successfully send SMS.

OK... I was able to send it. I'm assuming the best thing to do is clear registration when I get that and wait for it to re-register. Correct?

Sorry for the basic questions... don't usually have issues sending SMS but I've had more and more recently.

When you perform clear registration acitivity, please wait for the device to register back on the network and is shown in the Portal Dashboard as green.
