Hi Bob

My payment for May was not drafted from my account (last draft 6th of April) and I do not want my account to be canceled. I understand your directives above but how can I review my payment history and make last months payment.

Thanks for the post. We were unable to complete the monthly billing for your account using the credit card on file. Please contact your provider for details and update your account with a valid card so we can complete the transaction.

Bob,

I updated the billing info. Aeris authorized $0.01 to verify and now it has still not gone through. How can I just see my balance and pay it?

Bob sorry to bother you again. I know I have 2 months outstanding I bet because bad card (new business, new accounts) information but I need to settle this asap to avoid unintended interruption.Please advise.
