Network Down?

Is the network down? None of my Neo sims are reporting and all I see is a red check with 'Some Units Are Having Issues'

Please Advise ASAP!

Mine are all across the country in almost every state... all GSM devices. It's definitely something impacting neo nationwide.

Bruce,

I believe the impairment impacting your devices has been resolved. Can you please attempt a packet session on a few of your devices to confirm connectivity and report back?

We habe issues activating all aeris radios tha we have sin last week do you have any issue with the network ???

Hi Arturo,

The network is up and running with no problems. Can you provide some details about your issue? It would also be helpful if you can provide the last 4 digits of the ICCID for one of the SIMs you're using.
