Network outage notification

Neo experienced a service impact at approximately 5pm PST on Friday, January 15, which affected data and SMS services.

Data services were restored around 8:30am PST Saturday, January 16, and SMS at approximately 2:30pm PST.

A second service impact occurred around 2:30am PST on Sunday. Most services were restored by 4:00am but some not until 6:00am.

On Monday, January 18, there was some residual impact from the previous two days that affected MO (mobile-originated) SMS and TLDN (Temporary Location Directory Number).

Aeris' network operations team issued an all clear for network services Monday afternoon.

Well, it still does not work. I have GPS units provided for our customer, certainly all units stopped working and they still don't. They are registered but no data session.

I too have never established a connection - and have been a customer for nearly six weeks.

Glad you shared your outage problem and getting IT fixed, however, I have never established a connection - will continue to repeat this submission until someone can offer a solution.

Hi Reuben,

It looks like your device last connected to the network on Jan. 13. The portal says "Last registration at: 2016-01-13 22:44:09" for your device with the SIM card whose ICCID ends in 0700. 

What exactly are you trying to do that isn't working?
