New sim connects via tcp socket but unable to transmit any data

I have telematics platform running with sims from another vendor. I am doing a pilot project to see how the aeris sims work. So i activated 1 SIM yesterday and changed the SIM into one of the devices (2G only device) and changed the APN to neo.iot.net

The device started sending data for like an hour and then it stopped. Upon troubleshooting i noticed that the device establishes TCP socket to the backend server but unable to send any data. I see the tcp connections being made and then eventually times out without sending any data.

Can anyone from support team check what is wrong?

I have added back SIM from another vendor, changed APN and the tracker started working immediately. Today i have put back the Aeris SIM card, changed APN and once again the device works and then stops responding for hours.

The SIM card is inserted now and in device. Can someone please debug the issue before i call off this pilot test a failure and moved back to previous vendor?
