New SIMs do not seem to be provisioning

I don't have access to the firmware on these, they are gps tracker devices. I believe they use UBlock modems. The lights come on, but remain steady instead of flickering or pulsing.

Thanks for your post. I checked the network and your devices are in the "Provision" state. Is there something else that's not working as expected?

Thanks for looking Bob. They are in the provisioning state, but don't seem to be working. I am not seeing the devices registering on the Aeris dashboard.

I place a T-Mobile sim in the same device and it works fine.

Hi Seth,

Follow the workflow demonstrated in the screenshots
below. Your starting point is the Devices tab in the portal, where you
select "Device Diagnostics" for a device. I believe this will provide
the information you're looking for.

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
