No deregistration event

Hi, I have a device that registers and transmits data. However, it does not deregister from the network when powered down...I see no deregistration event in the NEO portal. I also do not see a new registration event when the device is powered back on. I have also tried deregistering with AT+COPS=2 and it still does not seem to recognize that I've left the network. After 48 hours from registering, I get a warning on my portal that my device has not registered in 48 hours even though it still can enter a data session and transmit data just fine.

Could you please look at your logs to see what is showing on your end? ICCID is 89185000150911604300 for this SIM.

Thanks,
Eric

Have also tried leaving the network by issuing the AT+CFUN=0 command. I can see that I am no longer registered (AT+CREG? returns +CGREG: 0,0) and the indicator light/blink pattern on my modem also confirms that I am not registered on the network any longer. However, the NEO portal still shows no deregister event or any updated registration fields even though I have power cycled, registered and transmitted data many times. Can someone please check logs to see what it shows on your end.

Thanks,
Eric
