Not able to update account information

For the past week I have been trying to update my account information and every time I press the Save button I get an error "Account information could not be updated.".
Please review, I suspect this is causing an issue with a SIM card I am trying to activate.  The SIM card will not establish a data session.

Thank you for considering Aeris for your IOT needs, we are sorry to hear you are having a problem accessing your dashboard and using your devices. It is possible you are receiving the error because you are attempting to access an incorrect dashboard. There are multiple dashboards and urls in use at Aeris for our various customers.

Can you please confirm for us your login in e-mail, account ID and url you are attempting to access?

Thank you for the additional information. You are using the correct url and accessing the correct dashboard. It appears you are having two issues and I would like to keep them separate and tracked under different reference tickets.

1) ticket# 70018; Unable to update account settings. 

2) ticket #70019; Unable to use SIM card,
