Package code not found when assigning SIMs

I've received my SIMs and created an account. When I attempt to assign the SIMs using the code, I get an error, "Package code not found." I've tried this several times with the same result.

This is the error that I see:

Hi Greg,

Can you please provide the last 4 digits of your SIM's ICCID? It's a 20-digit number printed on the SIM card.

The last 4 digits printed on the SIM are 0166
