Problem setting up PDP Context

Modem IMSI: 31017020249039

I am having trouble setting up the PDP context with this modem. The APN appears to be set correctly, as sending the AT+CGDCONT? command results in the expected response (+CGDCONT: 1,"IP","iot.aer.net",,0,0,,0,,,0). However, when I send the AT#SGACT=1,1 command , I receive an ERROR response. Signal strength does not seem to be an issue -- sending an AT+CSQ command results in a response of +CSQ: 21,99. Do you have any ideas as to what the issue might be?

Hello Gregg,

IMSI: 310170202490399.

Could you please let us know which radio are you using? and also, please send the following AT command: AT#SGACT=1,1 command or not.
After that, try: ATD*99***1#

Please let us know your result.

Waiting for your comments,

I am using an NL-SW-LTE-WM14.

Both of those commands give me an ERROR response.

Hello Gregg,

Could you please try the following:

Test NL-SW-LTE-WM14,
Send command to modem to check the signal quality:
 AT+CSQ

Network status:
AT+CEREG?
the terminal should respond with:
+CEREG: 2, 1, xxxx, yyyyyyyy, z
start task and select APN:
AT+CGDCONT = 1,“IP”,”neo.iot.net”

Then:

AT#SGACT=1,1

If you get an error again:

Terminate and re-establish the session as follows:

AT#SGACT=1,0
AT#SGACT=1,1
Please let us know your result.

Thank you,
