Problem with Sim Activation

I tried to activate my sim but it's giving me an error when I put in the code.

Hello Michael,  

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, however I do believe this issue is currently resolved. Please log into your DigiKey portal (url: https://digikey-neo.aeris.com/ ) . 
Then try inputting the 6-digit code again.
If you still encounter an error please do provide us with a screenshot of it.
