Problem with ssaerport.aeris.com

Ok, 

So I bought two sim cards from you guys but I can't figure out how to do ANYTHING with them in the ssaerport.aeris.com web interface. Is there a problem with your webapp, is it an issue with browser compatibility, or some other issue? 

First, every time I enter the the code that came with my sims, your webapp says the code is bad. The sims I bought now seem to appear under my SIM inventory though... so maybe they did register? 

Second,  how the hell do you provision them? I select the sim, click provision, and a window pops up. Under "Choose rate plan" THERE ARE NO OPTIONS!? Speaking of this, is there someplace I should be able to pay for the plan?

Third, I seem to have no main menu bar in the aeris web app. I do not have any tabs at the top for "devices" "report" or "quicklinks". I have tried your webapp in Chrome and Internet Explorer and I disabled all browse plugins. None of that helped.

Am I going crazy here? What's the deal with this?
