Received SIM cards but cannot assign them to my account - NO ASSIGN SIMS on my Dashboard

Unable to provision my new SIM - I do not have the screen to enter my Unique Aeris ID I only have the top picture( dashboard) and not the Second dashboard that allows you to key the code.  

I do not have the Dashboard below when I log in and go to my dashboard

We are sorry to here you are having a hard time finding your way through our dashboard. To assign new SIMs to your account you may go to the "Quicklinks" tab and find the link labeled "Assign new SIMs".

Please do let us know if you are unable to perform this task.
