REST API Keys

Hello, I have a new SIM and am attempting to use the REST API, following the tutorial here http://neo.aeris.com/support/accessing-the-aeris-network/send-receive-sms-api/?_ga=1.141139570.139553467.1492371524 .  When I go to user account settings I do not have any API key information in there, just my first and last name and email address.  How do I get access to the REST API so I can send SMS to my device?

In order to find your API key, please login to the portal and go to Quicklinks and select Manage API keys:

That link does not appear in my Quicklinks menu.

Hi Charles,

I am sorry, you are correct. When I logged in to our test account I have the same view as on your screen shot (API information is not available here). But I was able to see the API Access information here: 




I think you were looking at the first position on the drop-down list: Update your profile information, where your First Name, Last Name and Email address is provided. Please got to second position on the drop-down list: Update account settings as shown on the above screen shots.

Nope, I was looking at Update account settings just as the tutorial suggests.  However now it appears that information is in there and it wasn't before.  Not sure why but looks like I'm good now.  Thanks.
