We are currently experiencing issues with our carrier vendors for the Neo connectivity service. Our Tier 2 engineers are working to resolve the issue and we will provide updates as they come in.

UPDATE:

The carrier has identified the issue and is working to resolve it. As soon as we have an ETA for a fix we will notify you in this space.

All services have been restored to the Neo connectivity service. Aeris will issue a Root Cause Analysis in the next 48 hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience this service interruption caused and appreciate your patience while our network engineers worked diligently to restore service.
