SIM is working, device is transmitting but your Diagnostic page doesn't show Registration and Data Sessions established

SIM is working, device is transmitting data to my server but your Diagnostic page doesn't show Registration and Data Sessions established.
When I check the IP address on my device it matches the IP address in your Device Transactions window, but when I try and perform a PING check I receive a "Device not in Data session" message.
I browsed your support forum but could not find a solution.
Has my SIM been provisioned correctly?

Hi Draha,

Thank you for using the NEO Support Community. The device is properly provisioned. We are investigating the issue with the portal. This does not have any effect on the device functionality.

Hi Draha, 

Can you have this device registered and validate that the portal shows a recent registration? The device has not been on the network since Nov. 10, 2016.

Hi Janet,
The device is sending data as I'm receiving packets at my server, and I just checked the device and it has the same IP address as is recorded in the Device Transaction section of ssaerport.aeris. I also see data being recorded as of 11/17 at 16:52:10, but what I don't understand is why is the data being recorded as "To Device" and not "From Device" as I don't send any data to the device?
