Hello Bob,

We have validated that your device is not working because Neo service is only available in the United States, Roaming services are not available for NEO, that explains the reason for your device not connecting to the Network. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We do have other products that are available internationally to obtain information on these products I would invite you to use the "Chat" option of our website (http://neo.aeris.com) and speak with a member of our sales support team.

I also get SIM back at my place and tried to get it working. But I can't see it's working over here as well.
