SIM started working but after we received one data session, the device could not reconnect

We have just started testing SIMs on our Telit modems. The device connected once and then not again. The SIM ICCD is 89185000160629152724.

We are using a Telit UL865 modem

We have gone from Provision to Bill. Is there any other steps needed?

After connecting to the device with our admin tool, the SIMs started working. Im pleased but cannot expain why the SIM worked briefly, then stopped for a day and now we have 2 SIMS working fine

Hello Lloyd,

I see the original device ICCID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx24 has not had a valid data session since before you reported the problem. On 02/21/17, I sent you an external e-mail which I have included below, can you tell me if you have had a chance to try the following request , or if we should considered this matter resolved and close the issue?
If not already done perhaps you can try swapping the original SIM into one of the working devices and vice versa to see if problem remains with SIM or device.

We checked our portal and network logs for this device ICCID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx24 everything looks good.
It appears that this device is currently registered and has previously been able to establish a data session. 
Please verify the following items were not changed accidentally on the device.
Ensure the APN in the device is still set correctly; your APN is neo.iot.net
Ensure your device is able to allow data and data roaming; that transmitter has not been turned off.
Please power cycle your device, then try to initiate a data session.
