SIMs not showing in account

I'M HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. WE ORDERED 50 SIM CARDS AND ITS NOT SHOWING IN OUR ACCOUNT. LAST TIME WE ORDERED SIM CARDS, IT AUTOMATICALLY SHOWED UP. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP? WE CONTACTED SUPPORT BUT NO REPONSE. THANKS

We didn't do anything. Last time we ordered SIM cards they automatically showed up on our account

Did you receive a sheet of paper in the SIM package with instructions and a 6-digit code?

Hi Daniel,

That's very unusual. Every package we ship contains a slip of paper with a 6-digit code and instructions for assigning the SIMs to your account. Just so I fully understand the situation I've got a couple more questions:
  • How many packages did you receive?
  • What type of packaging did you receive (box(es) or envelop(es))?
  • Are you certain none of the packages contain an instruction sheet?

We received 5 envelopes. And yes I just opened a second package and it included a 6 digit code but I don't see anywhere online that allows us to enter this code

When you login to your Portal account and Navigate to "Quicklinks" is there an option to "Assign New SIMs"?

Hello, I am having same issue with my SIM cards not showing on account but I did register them with my six digit code....please help!!! Thanks !
