We didn't do anything. Last time we ordered SIM cards they automatically showed up on our account

That's very unusual. Every package we ship contains a slip of paper with a 6-digit code and instructions for assigning the SIMs to your account. Just so I fully understand the situation I've got a couple more questions:

- How many packages did you receive?
- What type of packaging did you receive (box(es) or envelop(es))?
- Are you certain none of the packages contain an instruction sheet?

We received 5 envelopes. And yes I just opened a second package and it included a 6 digit code but I don't see anywhere online that allows us to enter this code

When you login to your Portal account and Navigate to "Quicklinks" is there an option to "Assign New SIMs"?
