I received the ten sims I had rush ordered but I am unable to assign them the system says Unidentified package number, then I noticed that 4 sims from a 5 sim pack I last registered are now showing in sim inventory or in devices
We apologize for the oversight in communication via our community forum. Per our internal communication this issue was resolved on June 28 2018. Our engineering team uncovered and resolved a situation which resulted in an incomplete assignment of ordered SIMs. At this time we are considering the matter as resolved given the SIMs have been assigned to your account and are available for provisioning. Please do let us know if your experience does not confirm our results.
