I have a GSM unit that sends data packets eery 15 min; everything seems to work fine. But when I check status of the device on the dashboard, it says device never registered. Is that something to worry about?
Your device is registering and transmitting normally on the Aeris network. However, we have noticed that information is sometimes displayed inaccurately on the dashboard, particularly for devices in fixed locations.
Our network operations and engineering teams are currently testing a new process for displaying registration events on the dashboard. We hope to have the new model in production shortly.
