Unusual Data Increase

My data and billing increased 3x from January to February although we have made no changes or additions to the system? Has anyone had this issue?

I used less data in March than February and was charged even more for March and now I have 3 charges on my account when the $189 is the only one reflected by Aeris customer service. Please advise.
