Usage reporting for data transmissions

During a maintenance window on February 10th Aeris network operations became aware of a database issue that impacted our ability to assess usage charges for all data packets being sent and received.

Our team was able to fix the issue, which enables Aeris to accurately assess charges for nearly 100% of the data traffic, beginning with the February billing period.

Although this billing issue has existed for some time, we won't attempt to recover charges for data transmissions that occurred prior to February 2016.

It's important to note that customers will see an increase in usage charges for data transmissions, beginning with the February billing period.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I have based my entire billing strategy for my GPS devices around the numbers provided by Aeris over the last 12 months! This puts me at a loss!!!
