I am trying to get your sims to work on a coban gps tracker. I was sent 3g LTE sims and it would not register. You guys said it was the sim needs to be a 2g/3g sim. I bought one and now I am getting "aerframe error code 9". What is this and how do I fix it. Also the device will not register.
Hi Shawn, this is Matt from Aeris Support. AerFrame error code 9 is dependent upon what activity you were trying to do. Were you sending your SIMs and SMS from the portal, or did this occur during the provisioning process?
